Support Specialist → Full-Stack in a year — learned the legacy system from the ground up, then led its migration from desktop to web, solo.

  1. Full-Stack Developer

    Agdao MultiPurpose Cooperative

    Current2024 — Present

    Promoted within a year and handed the rewrite of the Members Information System — solo. I traced the slowness to missing database indexes rather than the queries, kept the proven business logic, and moved it to the web; search went from seconds to instant.

    From there I designed and shipped the cooperative's on-premise systems: a delegate-based Election Management Platform used in real elections, an Event Management Platform for district-assembly attendance, and an HRIS. I own every layer — architecture, PostgreSQL and MySQL schema design, NestJS APIs, Next.js and React frontends, Docker deployment on our private cloud, and the data pipelines that feed the legacy core.

    2023 — 2024

    Front-line IT support — network issues, system errors, and whatever broke on someone's desk that day. Rather than only clearing tickets, I spent my spare hours reading the cooperative's internally built desktop system: its architecture, its data model, and where it hurt. Knowing that system end to end is what earned the promotion that followed.
